The role had been open for several weeks with both the internal recruitment team and multiple external agencies unable to identify suitable candidates. The market for Crypto Operations talent was highly niche and still relatively new.
Solution
We worked closely with the COO to gain a deeper understanding of the technical and cultural requirements for the role. Rather than relying on keyword matching, we leveraged our specialist knowledge and network within the crypto operations market to identify genuinely suitable candidates.
Results
