Identifying candidates with both specialist expertise and the right network proved difficult in a highly competitive and niche market.

We conducted a detailed market mapping exercise across the UK and Germany, focusing on public asset managers with alternatives and private assets offerings. Using our network within asset management and private markets, we directly approached suitable candidates and positioned the opportunity around long-term career growth and market expansion.

Results
